HOLISTIC BASED APPROACH

SINGLE SESSIONS

One Hour Sessions

This is a great place to start if you are new to life coaching and want to see if it is the right fit to help meet your goals. These sessions are done one at a time and can be scheduled as often or as little as you want. Single Sessions include:

  • Client Intake

  •  Single Sessions as Needed

BREAKTHROUGH 

3-5 One Hour Sessions

Breakthrough sessions are geared towards  individuals who want to really work through a specific area or issue in their lives. Breakthrough sessions includes the following:

  • Client Intake

  • Building of an Action Plan

  • Follow-up Session with Techniques

  • 1-3 Additional Follow-up Sessions

​These sessions are designed to teach you techniques individualized specifically to you.

MONTHLY 

4 One Hour Sessions + Weekly Touch Bases

Monthly sessions are a cost-effective way for people who are looking for more support to move towards balance in all areas of their life. For a flat rate fee, we will meet on a weekly basis for a month and also have several 15-20 minute touch bases throughout the week. Touch bases are determined by the client and can include emails, phone calls, and texts. This option is great for individuals who are looking for more guidance and are determined to put in the work to meet their goals.
